Tom Fournier is a highly recognized and award-winning sales professional known for his ability to build outstanding customer relationships, create exceptional sales team and for consistently driving profitable sales growth. He has extensive experience in sales management in a variety of business to business environments.
Prior to founding the Shade’s Mills Group, Tom had worked for Kimberly-Clark in their Business to Business Sector for 33 years achieving the role of National Director of Sales for Canada. In his role at Kimberly-Clark, he not only managed the Canadian business and sales teams, he also served an influential role on the North American Sales Leadership Team where he helped set the sales strategy and sales methodology, worked on sales enablement and also participate in long term strategic planning for the Canadian and North American sales teams.
Tom has also served on the Board of Governors and Board of Directors for Excellence Canada. Excellence Canada is a not-for-profit organization that specializes in the training, implementation, and certification of organizational excellence in Canada.
Since 2018, Tom has been working through the Shade’s Mills Group with a variety of business to business clients (both manufacturers and distributors) with a particular focus on sales strategies and models.
