An empathetic listener, his guidance is born out his own personal journey combined with academic expertise in transition, career and talent management, in all its forms.

As a speaker and presenter Richard brings intense focus to the stories of those present and combines that with a real world perspective and a common and easily understood vernacular to topics including relationship building, change management, career and performance conversations – the manager’s view and networking for those who cannot. A story teller at heart, he weaves his own and others into analogy and metaphor to bring the message alive and make it very real.
