Pamila helps small to medium businesses identify and take control of their Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) story. She holds the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting designation and helps link material sustainability information with financial performance. With a commitment to people and knowledge of change management she helps small to medium business leaders identify, track and integrate sustainability practices into their operations.

Pamila has had an extensive career as a fund raiser using her collaborative leadership style she motivates people to support ideas and projects that build a better community. She was the fundraising project lead for two charities in a $120 million collaborative capital raising initiative called RESOLVE.

Pamila holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Geology from the University of Calgary.
