Pamila Fonseka

Pamila is passionate about helping small to medium businesses identify and take control of their Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) story. Pamila knows that accounting for the environment, social and governance aspects of business are important because they provide valuable information about what's really happening in an organization.

With a commitment to people and knowledge of change management, she helps them identify, track, and integrate sustainability practices into their operations.

She has had extensive experience as a fundraiser using her collaborative leadership style, which she brings into her work with clients. Pamila holds the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting designation, and helps link material sustainability information with financial performance.

Pamila has had an extensive career as a fund raiser using her collaborative leadership style she motivates people to support ideas and projects that build a better community. She was the fundraising project lead for two charities in a $120 million collaborative capital raising initiative called RESOLVE.

Pamila holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Geology from the University of Calgary.
