Yes, not only will they survive but I do believe the need for them will thrive. SME’s trying to manage labor costs can access consultants on a limited basis that allows for experienced professionals with many more years of experience that what their payroll would traditionally allow. These consultants are often former C-suite leaders of Fortune 500 companies who have been-there-done-that. We have dealt with the nagging 3am wake ups mulling over supply issues, labour issues, revenue generation issues etc.
