Networking has been something that has become a focal=point during COVID. Many individuals relied on their office environments to provide access to those they needed to interact with on a daily basis right within their working space. Networking is a learned skill and unfortunately many who were not comfortable within it have had to adapt very quickly in our current COVID environment. The advantage is as we see our way out of COVID and we start to interact again in-person and within our company walls, the skills learned will improve everyone’s capabilities while also allowing us to appreciate the ability to meet in-person more so then we did before this pandemic.
